When I first got my license, I received letters from major real estate companies to sign on with them, and I was approached personally as well. One evening, at a networking mixer that I happened to attend with my lender, we started chit-chatting with a really nice young woman. We hit it off and she said to me, “You really need to join my company.” I had a feeling she was right.
I called her and asked if we could meet over coffee to talk about her company. We got along so well and I really liked what she had to say. I interviewed for them and the rest is history. I joined Blue Pacific Property, headquartered in Irvine, Calif.
Recently, Blue Pacific Property participated in an event, the first annual OC Home Fair held at Chapman University in Orange, Calif. Several of us manned the booth and spent the day meeting prospective buyers, sellers, investors, and industry people. It was a fun day and a great opportunity to provide answers to buyers’ and sellers’ questions and to spread the word about Blue Pacific Property.
Looking over the photos from the day, I was very proud to be part of a team of such professionals. We hold ourselves to high standards in providing service, integrity, and ethics in all our real estate transactions and interactions. We are very supportive of one another and go out of our way to help each other. We are more like a family than a real estate firm. Go Team Blue!
