Wanted to share a ridiculously beautiful day of Spring with you. Enjoy! ❤
I toured this property for a client who is looking to lease. It is a beautiful complex and close to everything – grocery stores, shopping, schools, and the freeway. My favorite parts were the private gym, free wi-fi in the clubhouse, and the free business center that has computers/fax available to the residents! Loved it!
Kudos to Principal Dixon and the Mayor of Temecula for a successful event last week, the Bike Train!
The Bike Train is for children in grades 3-5 who attend Ysabel Barnett Elementary school and have permission from their parents. Parents can also participate. The students meet at designated points around Harveston Community at 830a and together, ride their bikes to school.
I think it’s a fantastic idea that encourages kids to be in the beautiful outdoors and exercise. It also helps develop a sense of community and it’s another wonderful way to spend time and have FUN!
Successful MeetUp! Mortgage Specialist, Michelle English, and I had a terrific time walking around the Harveston Community and viewing some of the available homes for sale with Anthony, Sherry, and their new boy Gizmo. It was refreshing and different to go from house to house, chat about homes and financing, and just enjoy the nice morning air. We are certainly looking forward to the next one!
Our MeetUp is every second Saturday of the month. Sign up here and join us! –> http://www.meetup.com/Home-Buyers-First-Time-Buyers-Temecula
(We bring drinks and snacks, LOL!)
It’s a beautiful setting on the back lawn of the Harveston Lake House and they certainly utilize all the rooms there. In past years, they’ve had arts and crafts, games, a DJ, and yummy treats!
Hope to see you there!
