Successful MeetUp! Mortgage Specialist, Michelle English, and I had a terrific time walking around the Harveston Community and viewing some of the available homes for sale with Anthony, Sherry, and their new boy Gizmo. It is a buyer’s market right now with many wonderful homes at affordable prices.. One thing I advise my buyers to do is to look outside the box. They don’t have to completely step out of it, but just take a look and see what’s there.
Of course, it’s always important to be realistic and reasonable with one’s budget and time. Sometimes though… there’s something glimmering off in the distance and it turns out to be a diamond in the rough!

There are many parts of working in real estate that agents like such as contracts, negotiating, marketing, or the team of people who get you into a house. One of the main things I like about working in real estate is the house itself. I have always loved the way you can step inside a house, “feel” what it’s about, and imagine yourself there. You can see where you’ll hang the baby’s swing in the yard, the chair by the pool where you’ll lounge every summer, the porch where you’ll set out the jack o’ lantern each Halloween.. I’ve also believed that when this happens, you’ve found your HOME.

Yesterday was quite a mini-adventure in the morning. I made sure I had my iPod, picked up some breakfast, and set out for the De Luz area of Temecula to preview a home for my buyer! Just when I thought Temecula couldn’t get any prettier, there’s De Luz.

I wish I could have shown you the spectacular homes on top of the hills in De Luz, but I was driving! Next time, I’ll pull over and snap some pictures.
At any rate, the property I previewed in De Luz was a gorgeous, new, single level with 34 acres of usable land. I know! So many possibilities!
